Traffic Modifications for the Bishop’s Cup 5K Fun Run

The Baltimore City Department of Transportation would like to advise motorists of the traffic modifications that will be in effect for the Bishop’s Cup 5K Fun Run/Walk.  The event will be held on Saturday, September 10, 2016 starting at 8:00 a.m.

The event is being held on the campus of the New Psalmist Baptist Church and throughout the Seton Business Park.  Temporary traffic stops may be implemented for the safety of participants.  Commuters traveling in these areas should be on the watch for pedestrians and are encouraged to use alternate routes.

 

Howard Street Nightly Lane Closures

This weekend, nightly lane closures will be implemented along a portion of Howard Street for resurfacing work. 

Starting on Friday, September 09, 2016, nightly lane closures will be implemented along Howard Street between Conway and Baltimore Streets from 8:00 p.m. to 5:00 a.m. These lane closures are expected to be implemented nightly through September 16, weather permitting.

Motorists traveling in this vicinity should be on the watch for changing traffic patterns and are encouraged to use alternate routes.

 

Baltimore Street Crane Lift

This Saturday, a portion of Baltimore Street will be closed for a crane lift operation. 

On Saturday, September 10, 2016, Baltimore Street will be closed to through traffic between Martin Luther King, Jr. Boulevard and Pine Street from 3:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. with detours and parking restrictions in effect. 

Motorists traveling in this vicinity should be on the watch for pedestrians and are encouraged to use alternate routes.

 

Redwood Street Crane Lift

This Saturday, a portion of Redwood Street will be closed for a crane lift operation. 

On Saturday, September 10, 2016, Redwood Street will be closed to through traffic between Calvert and Light Streets from 6:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. with detours and parking restrictions in effect. 

Motorists traveling in this vicinity should be on the watch for pedestrians and are encouraged to use alternate routes.

 

Charles Street Crane Lift

This Saturday, temporary lane closures will be implemented along a portion of Charles Street will be closed for a crane lift operation. 

On Saturday, September 10, 2016, temporary lane closures will be implemented along Charles Street between Centre and Madison Streets from 6:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.

Motorists traveling in this vicinity should be on the watch for pedestrians and are encouraged to use alternate routes.
