Daily Lane Closures Along Portion of Greenspring Avenue to Begin Tuesday, September 3rd

Greenspring Avenue daily lane closures are expected to last approximately one month as milling and paving work is completed

BALTIMORE, MD (August 29, 2024) – The Baltimore City Department of Transportation would like to advise motorists that daily lane closures along a portion of Greenspring Avenue will begin next week for resurfacing work.

Starting on or about Tuesday, September 3, 2024, daily lane closures will be implemented along Greenspring Avenue between Cold Spring Lane and Druid Park Drive, Monday through Friday from approximately 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. each day, weather permitting, with parking restrictions in effect.

Lane closures along this section of Greenspring Avenue are expected to be implemented daily for approximately one month, as structure adjustments and paving work is completed, weather and construction schedules permitting. 

Motorists traveling in this vicinity should be on the watch for parking restrictions and changing traffic patterns in the work zone, and are encouraged to use alternate routes to avoid delays.  Drivers are also encouraged to download the Waze.com app for live detour navigation.
