The Charles Street Traffic Modification project will be the installation of a left turn lane and signal in 5100 Block of Charles Street north bound and the widening of the road on the south bound side in front of Friends School. This will help decrease the back up of vehicles traveling north bound in the left lane due to vehicles trying to turn left into the school.
