The Department of Transportation to Conduct Field Training Exercises

The intersection of 39th Street and W. University Parkway will be used as a teaching site because multiple ADA curb ramps and ramp types are installed at this location which allows for a comprehensive review by the inspectors. BCDOT field inspectors will be checking newly installed ADA curb ramps for post construction compliance.

When: Tuesday, August 3, and Thursday August 5, 2021

Motorists should be on the watch for pedestrians at this intersection and should use caution when approaching area crosswalks.
