The Baltimore City Department of Transportation would like to advise motorists that a portion of Waterview Avenue will be temporarily closed for CSX repair work.  

Starting at 7:00 a.m. on Sunday, August 20, 2017 Waterview Avenue will be closed to through traffic between Cherry Hill Road and the Light Rail Tracks with detours in effect.   This portion of Waterview Avenue will remain closed through Thursday morning, August 24, 2017 weather permitting.

Detour signs and message boards alerting commuters of the closure will be posted in the area.  Motorists traveling in this vicinity should be on the watch for changing traffic patterns and are encouraged to use alternate routes.
