Traffic Modifications for Halloween Celebrations in Fells Point

The Baltimore City Department of Transportation would like to advise motorists of the road closures in effect for Halloween celebrations in Fells Point.

In preparation for the festivities, the following roadways will be closed to through traffic from 8:00 p.m. on Tuesday, October 31, 2017 until approximately 3:00 a.m. on Wednesday, November 01, 2017:

  • Broadway between Aliceanna and Thames Streets
  • Thames Street between Caroline and Wolfe Streets
  • All roadways south of Aliceanna Street between S. Caroline and S. Wolfe Streets

In addition, parking restrictions will be implemented along the following roadways from 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday, October 31, 2017 until 5:00 a.m. on Wednesday, November 01, 2017:

  • Thames Street from Caroline to Wolfe Streets
  • Broadway from Aliceanna to Thames Streets

Due to the large volume of patrons expected to celebrate in Fells Point on Halloween, on-street parking will be very limited.  Citizens are strongly encouraged to use local parking garages.  Motorists should adhere to posted parking restrictions, as vehicles parked in violation will be ticketed and towed. 

During the celebrations on Halloween night, cab stands will be available at the corner of S. Caroline and Thames Streets, and at S. Wolfe and Thames Streets.
