Hanover Street Bridge Closure Scheduled for This Weekend Has Been CANCELED
The Baltimore City Department of Transportation would like to advise motorists that the Hanover Street Bridge/Vietnam Veterans Memorial Bridge closure originally scheduled for this weekend, November 15-16, 2019 has been CANCELED.
The next weekend closure of the Hanover Street Bridge/Vietnam Veterans Memorial Bridge is scheduled to occur at 8:00 p.m. on Friday, November 22, 2019 through 11:59 p.m. on Sunday, November 24, 2019, weather permitting.
Jones Falls Expressway Lane Closures
This Saturday, temporary lane closures will be implemented along the northbound Jones Falls Expressway for street lighting work.
On Saturday, November 16, 2019 a right lane closure will be implemented along the northbound Jones Falls Expressway between Charles Street and the county line from 6:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. In addition, the Charles Street access ramp to the northbound Jones Falls Expressway will also temporarily close during this time with detours in effect.
Motorists traveling in this vicinity should be on the watch for changing traffic patterns are encouraged to use alternate routes.
20th Street Crane Operation
On Saturday, a portion of 20th Street will temporarily close for a crane lift operation. On Saturday, November 16, 2019, 20th Street will be closed to through traffic between Maryland and Charles Streets from 6:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. weather permitting with detours and parking restrictions in effect.
Motorists traveling in this vicinity should be on the watch for changing traffic patterns and are encouraged to use alternate routes.
Crane Operation Along N. Belnord Avenue
On Saturday, a portion of N. Belnord Avenue will temporarily close for a crane lift operation. On Saturday, November 16, 2019, N. Belnord Avenue will be closed to through traffic between Orleans Street and Pulaski Highway from 6:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. weather permitting, with detours and parking restrictions in effect.
