Lane Closures Will Soon Begin Along Clinton Street for Roadway Rehabilitation Project

Construction work along Clinton Street will occur between Boston Street and Keith Avenue

The Baltimore City Department of Transportation would like to advise motorists that daily lane closures will soon begin along a portion of Clinton Street as part of the S. Clinton Street Rehabilitation Project.

Starting on or about Monday, October 26, 2020, daily lane closures will be implemented along S. Clinton Street between Boston Street and Keith Avenue from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. each day.  During this phase of construction, one lane of through traffic will remain open for vehicular traffic.  At times, traffic flagging operations may be implemented along S. Clinton Street to direct alternating traffic through the work zone when needed.

Various parking restrictions will also be implemented along this stretch of S. Clinton Street so that construction work can be performed.  Motorists traveling in this vicinity should pay close attention to posted ‘No Parking’ signs.

The daily lane closures may cause traffic congestion along S. Clinton Street, so motorists are strongly encouraged to use alternate routes to avoid delays.
