Weekend Road Closures for January 22-24, 2021

Lane Closures Along the Jones Falls Expressway

The Baltimore City Department of Transportation would like to advise motorists that temporary lane closures will be implemented along the southbound Jones Falls Expressway this Saturday for streetlighting work. 

On Saturday, January 23, 2021, right lane closures will be implemented along the southbound Jones Falls Expressway between Cold Spring Lane and North Avenue from 5:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., weather permitting.  In addition, the Falls Road entrance ramp to the southbound Jones Falls Expressway will also be closed during this time.

Motorists traveling in this vicinity should be on the watch for changing traffic patterns and are encouraged to use alternate routes.

 

W. Fayette Street Lane Closures

This Saturday, temporary lane closures will be implemented along a portion of W. Fayette Street for a crane operation. 

On Saturday, January 23, 2021, temporary lane closures will be implemented along W. Fayette Street between Greene and Arch Streets from 6:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., weather permitting. 

Motorists traveling in this vicinity should be on the watch for changing traffic patterns and are encouraged to use alternate routes.

 

W. Redwood Street Temporary Closure for Crane Operation

This Saturday, a portion of W. Redwood Street will be closed for a crane operation.

On Saturday, January 23, 2021, W. Redwood Street will be closed to through traffic between Martin Luther King, Jr. Boulevard and S. Pine Street from 5:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. with detours and parking restrictions in effect.

Motorists traveling in this vicinity should be on the watch for changing traffic patterns and are encouraged to use alternate routes.

 

E. Mount Vernon Place Closure for Crane Operation

This Saturday, a portion of E. Mount Vernon Place will be closed for a crane operation.

On Saturday, January 23, 2021, E. Mount Vernon Place will be closed to through traffic between Washington Place and St. Paul Street from 7:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon with detours and parking restrictions in effect.

Motorists traveling in this vicinity should be on the watch for changing traffic patterns and are encouraged to use alternate routes.

 

E. Baltimore Street Closure for Crane Operation

This Sunday, a portion of E. Baltimore Street will be closed for a crane operation.

On Sunday, January 24, 2021, E. Baltimore Street will be closed to through traffic between Central Avenue and Aisquith Street from 4:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. with detours and parking restrictions in effect.

Motorists traveling in this vicinity should be on the watch for changing traffic patterns and are encouraged to use alternate routes.
