Motorists should be aware of metal plates in the roadway until permanent repairs are completed

The Baltimore City Department of Transportation would like to advise motorists that the access ramp to the southbound Jones Falls Expressway from Falls Road is now open for motorists.

Due to a broken 48-inch water main on Falls Road (near the Maryland SPCA), the access ramp to the southbound Jones Falls Expressway from southbound Falls Road was closed to through traffic.  This ramp is now open for vehicular traffic and motorists are able to access the southbound Jones Falls Expressway.  Motorists traveling along the ramp should be aware that metal plates have been placed in the roadway until permanent repairs can be completed.
