Weekend Road Closures for Friday, March 17th through Sunday, March 19th, 2023

The Baltimore City Department of Transportation would like to advise motorists of the temporary traffic modifications and road closures for the following activities this weekend. 

Road Closures for St. Patrick's Day Celebrations

The Baltimore City Department of Transportation would like to advise motorists of the temporary road closures in effect for St. Patrick's Day celebrations.  

On Friday, March 17th, 2023 beginning at 12:00 p.m. through Sunday, March 19, 2023 ending at 11:00 p.m. the following road will be closed:

  • Both sides of O'Donnell Street along O'Donnell Square 

Motorists traveling in this vicinity should be on the watch for changing traffic patterns and are encouraged to use alternate routes.

Road Closure for St. Patrick's Day Celebrations in Fells Point

The Baltimore City Department of Transportation would like to advise motorists of the temporary road closure in effect for St. Patrick's Day celebrations in Fells Point.  

On Friday, March 17th, 2023 beginning at 6:00 p.m. traffic will be limited along the following road:

  • Thames Street from Ann Street to Caroline Street

Motorists traveling in this vicinity should be aware that additional road closures may be implemented in the vicinity of Fells Point if needed.  Motorists traveling in this area should be on the watch for pedestrians and changing traffic patterns.

Road Closure for the 7th Annual St. Paddy's Day Block Party

The Baltimore City Department of Transportation would like to advise motorists of the temporary road closure in effect for the St. Paddy's Day Block Party.  

On Friday, March 17th, 2023 beginning at 6:00 a.m. through Saturday, March 18, 2023 ending at 11:00 p.m. the following road will be closed for the 7th Annual St. Paddy's Day Block Party:

  •  1400 block of South Charles Street

Motorists traveling in this vicinity should be on the watch for changing traffic patterns and are encouraged to use alternate routes.

Traffic Modifications for Crane Operations

The Baltimore City Department of Transportation would like to advise motorists of the temporary traffic modifications in effect for crane operations.  

On Saturday, March 18th, 2023 the following closures will be implemented for crane operations:

  • Eastbound Fleet Street from President Street to Exeter Street 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
  • One lane on the lower level of St. Paul Street from Centre Street to Saratoga Street 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. 
  • Wolfe Street from Monument Street to McElderry Street 2:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.
  • Haubert Street from Fort Avenue to Clement Street 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

Motorists traveling in these vicinities should be on the watch for changing traffic patterns and are encouraged to use alternate routes.

Lane Closures for Right of Way Cleaning

The Baltimore City Department of Transportation would like to advise motorists of the temporary lane closures in effect for right of way cleaning.  

On Saturday, March 18th, 2023 the following lanes will be closed for right of way cleaning:

  • Northbound and southbound left lanes of Hilton Parkway from Edmondson Avenue to North Avenue 6:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
