Traffic Modifications for the Charles Street 12 Footrace
This Saturday, September 9, 2023 temporary traffic modifications will be in effect for the Charles Street 12 Footrace.
The race will kick off at 7:30 a.m. in Baltimore County along Kenilworth Drive in Towson, and end in Baltimore City along Key Highway in Locust Point. Participants will race through Towson and enter the city on N. Charles Street from Stevenson Lane at approximately 8:15 a.m. The race will proceed south along N. Charles Street, left onto Lee Street, right on Light Street, left on Key Highway, and left on the Key Highway extension to finish at Tide Point in front of Under Armour. Race participants are expected to complete the course by approximately 11:00 a.m.
In preparation for the event, one lane of traffic will be coned off for runners along the race route wherever possible with parking restrictions in effect. Citizens should be advised that temporary traffic stops WILL be implemented along the race route for the safety of participants. These traffic stops will cause traffic congestion and delays, so motorists are urged to plan ahead by altering travel times on Saturday morning and using alternate routes away from the race route. Motorists should also allow additional travel time and be on the watch for pedestrians and traffic control personnel.
Traffic Modifications for Crane Operations, Cleaning Activities and Special Events
This weekend, temporary road and lane closures will be in effect for crane operations, cleaning activities and special events.

Traffic Modifications for the Ukrainian Festival
This weekend, traffic modifications will be in effect for the Ukrainian Festival which will be held along Montford Avenue near Patterson Park.

Traffic Modifications for the Baltimore Farmers' Market & Bazaar
This Sunday, traffic modifications will be in effect for the Baltimore Farmers' Market & Bazaar, which is held under the Jones Falls Expressway along Saratoga Street between Holliday and Gay Streets.
On Sunday, September 10, 2023 the following street and lane closures will be implemented from approximately 6:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. with detours in effect:

High Traffic Volumes Expected Downtown on Sunday for the Baltimore Ravens Home Opening Game at M&T Bank Stadium
Traffic modifications will also be implemented in the vicinity of the stadium
This Sunday, high traffic volumes are expected downtown for the Baltimore Ravens home opening game against the Houston Texans which will be held at M&T Bank Stadium starting at 1:00 p.m.
In preparation for the game, the northbound Russell Street Service Drive, which runs alongside M&T Bank Stadium, will be closed to vehicular traffic between West and Hamburg Streets prior to and during the event.
In addition, the following road closures will be implemented on Sunday, September 10, 2023 from approximately 10:00 a.m. - 1:30 p.m. and 3:30 p.m. - 6:00 p.m.:
Football fans attending the game should be advised that all posted parking restrictions and residential permit parking regulations in the vicinity of the stadium will be strictly enforced for everyone’s safety. Patrons choosing to drive to the stadium should park at commercial lots and avoid area neighborhoods. Fans that do not have a parking permit for any of the stadium lots are strongly encouraged to use public transportation including the Charm City Circulator.
The Department of Transportation will deploy Transportation Enforcement Officers to assist with the movement of traffic in the downtown area. Motorists traveling in the vicinity of the stadium should be on the watch for heavy pedestrian/vehicular traffic and possible traffic pattern changes throughout the afternoon.
