Baltimore MD – The Baltimore City Department of Transportation would like to advise citizens that the Pulaski Highway Impound and Storage Facility is closed for vehicle retrieval due to a power outage. As of 1:00 pm today, Friday, December 27, 2019 — the city’s main impound facility, located at 6700 Pulaski Highway, has suspended operations due to a lack of power.
