Title VI
The Baltimore City Department of Transportation (BCDOT) operates its programs and services without regard to race, color, and national origin in accordance with Title VI of the Civil Rights Act. Any person who believes he or she has been aggrieved by any unlawful discriminatory practice under Title VI may file a complaint with Baltimore City. Complaints will be thoroughly investigated. BCDOT intends to provide a system for processing and investigating complaints of discrimination and to ensure that both parties receive prompt, fair, and impartial consideration of their allegations under due process.

Title VI Complaint Procedure
Any person who believes he or she has been discriminated against based on race, color, or national origin by BCDOT may file a Title VI complaint by completing and submitting the agency’s Title VI Complaint Form. The BCDOT investigates complaints received no more than 180 days after the alleged incident. The Authority will process complaints that are complete.
The complaint must contain the following information:
- The name and mailing address of the person filing the complaint.
- Contact information (telephone number, email, P.O. Box, etc.).
- If you have a representative, you will also need to provide your representative's name, address, and telephone number.
- The name of the transit service, date, location, and time; or office you believe discriminated against you.
- The basis of the complaint (what the complaint is about). You may give more than one basis if applicable.
- A specific description of the issues of the discrimination complaint, including the dates of the alleged discriminatory act.
- Corrective action requested and remedy sought.
- You must be able to state why you believe the problem occurred, for a reason such as race, color, or national origin.

Accessibility and Accommodation
The Charm City Circulator is dedicated to making it easier for all customers to use our services. All CCC buses contain features and equipment that allow riders with disabilities to board, ride, and exit vehicles easily and comfortably.

ADA Paratransit Services
