The Baltimore City Department of Transportation would like to advise motorists that a new traffic pattern will soon be implemented along a portion of westbound Frederick Avenue for construction work.

Beginning on or about Monday, March 14, 2022, a new traffic pattern will be implemented along westbound Frederick Road between Chedworth Lane and Atholwood Lane.  The parking lane will be closed in this area and westbound traffic will be shifted to the left.  A pedestrian detour will also be implemented. 

Variable message signs have been placed in the area to alert motorists and pedestrians of the changing patterns.  This traffic pattern is expected to remain in effect through the summer of 2022.  Motorists traveling in this vicinity should be on the watch for changing traffic patterns along this portion of westbound Frederick Avenue.
