Traffic Modifications for the Baltimore Pride Parade and Block Party
The Baltimore City Department of Transportation would like to advise motorists of the traffic modifications that will be implemented for the Baltimore Pride Parade and Block Party which will be held this Saturday.
The Baltimore Pride parade kicks off at 1:00 p.m. from N. Charles and 33rd Streets. Participants will proceed south along N. Charles Street, pass Wyman Park to 23rd Street, and end at the block party in Station North.
In preparation for the event, the following roadways will be closed to through traffic on Saturday, June 25, 2022 with detours and parking restrictions in effect:
- Charles Street between University Parkway and 23rd Street – 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
- Art Museum Drive between Wyman Park Drive and Charles Street – 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
- Charles Street between 23rd Street and North Avenue – 5:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m.
- 20th Street between Lovegrove and Morton Streets – 5:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m.
- 21st Street between Lovegrove and St. Paul Streets – 5:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m.
- 22nd Street between Lovegrove and St. Paul Streets – 5:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m.
- 23rd Street between Lovegrove and Morton Streets – 5:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m.
Motorists traveling in this vicinity should be on the watch for changing traffic patterns and are encouraged to use alternate routes.
Lane Closures Along the Jones Falls Expressway
On Saturday, temporary lane closures will be implemented along the Jones Falls Expressway for street lighting work.
On Saturday, June 25, 2022, temporary left lane closures will be implemented along the north and southbound Jones Falls Expressway between Fayette Street and Guilford Avenue from approximately 6:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Motorists traveling in this vicinity should be on the watch for changing traffic patterns and are encouraged to use alternate routes.
W. 20th Street Crane Lift
On Saturday, a portion of W. 20th Street will be closed for a crane lift operation.
On Saturday, June 25, 2022, W. 20th Street will be closed to through traffic between Charles Street and Maryland Avenue from approximately 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. with parking restrictions and detours in effect.

E. 31st Street Crane Lift
On Saturday, a portion of E. 31st Street will be closed for a crane lift operation.
On Saturday, June 25, 2022, E. 31st Street will be closed to through traffic between Charles and St. Paul Streets from approximately 6:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. with parking restrictions and detours in effect.

S. East Avenue Crane Lift
On Saturday, a portion of S. East Avenue will be closed for a crane lift operation.
On Saturday, June 25, 2022, S. East Avenue will be closed to through traffic between Dillon and Hudson Streets from approximately 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. with parking restrictions and detours in effect.

Traffic Modifications for the Baltimore Farmers' Market & Bazaar
This Sunday, traffic modifications will be in effect for the Baltimore Farmers' Market & Bazaar, which is held under the Jones Falls Expressway along Saratoga Street between Holliday and Gay Streets.
On Sunday, June 26, 2022 the following streets will be closed to through traffic from approximately 6:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. with detours in effect:
- Hillen Street from Fallsway to Holliday Street
- Holliday Street from Pleasant Street to Saratoga Street
- Holliday Street at Pleasant Street off ramp left lane closure

Traffic Modifications for the Baltimore Women’s Classic 5K
This Sunday, traffic modifications will be in effect for the Baltimore Women’s Classic 5K, which kicks off from Power Plant Live at 7:30 a.m.
The 5K route begins along Water Street east of S. Gay Street. Participants will turn left on Commerce Street, left on E. Pratt Street, left on Light Street, and left onto the Promenade at Conway Street. The course continues along the Promenade around the Inner Harbor, right onto Pier 4, left onto the bridge between Piers 4 and 5, right onto Pier 5, right on Eastern Avenue, right onto the Promenade/E. Falls Avenue and right into Central Avenue. Participants will turn right on Point Street, left on Caroline Street, left on Gough Street, right on Lloyd Street, left on Lombard Street, and right on Market Place to finish.
In preparation for the event, the following roadways will be closed to through traffic on Sunday, June 26, 2022 from approximately 5:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. with detours in effect:
- Water Street between Gay Street and Market Place
- Market Place between Lombard and Water Streets
Parking restrictions will also be implemented along the following roadways on Sunday, June 26, 2022 from 3:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.:
- Water Street between Gay Street and Market Place
- Market Place between Lombard and Water Streets
- Commerce Street between Water and Pratt Streets
- Caroline Street between Point and Gough Streets
During the event, one lane of travel will be coned off for participants along the race route wherever possible. Commuters should be advised that temporary traffic stops will occur along the race route for the safety of participants. Motorists traveling in the vicinity of the run should allow additional travel time and be on the watch for pedestrians.
Traffic Modifications for Pride in the Park
This Sunday, temporary traffic modifications will be implemented for Pride in the Park which will be held in Druid Hill Park.
In preparation for the event, Swann Drive will be closed to through traffic on Sunday, June 26, 2022 between Druid Park Lake Drive and East Drive from approximately 12:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. with detours and parking restrictions in effect.
