Sharp Street Closure

The Baltimore City Department of Transportation would like to advise motorists that a portion of Sharp Street will temporarily close for convention center activities.  On Friday, August 12, 2016 Sharp Street will be closed to through traffic between Pratt and Conway Streets from 9:00 a.m. until 3:00 p.m. with detours in effect.

This portion of Sharp Street will close again on Friday evening starting at 7:00 p.m. and will remain closed until 3:00 p.m. on Sunday, August 14, 2016.

Motorists traveling in this vicinity should be on the watch for pedestrians and are encouraged to use alternate routes.

Fleet Street Lane Closures

This Saturday, temporary lane closures will be implemented along a portion of Fleet Street for utility work.

Starting at 7:00 p.m. on Friday, August 12, 2016 temporary lane closures will be implemented along Fleet Street near the intersection of Broadway with parking restrictions in effect.  These lane closures will remain in effect until approximately 12:00 a.m. on Sunday, August 15, 2016.

Motorists traveling in this vicinity should be on the watch for changing traffic patterns and are encouraged to use alternate routes to avoid delays.

Hamilton Avenue Lane Closures

This Saturday, temporary lane closures will be implemented along a portion of Hamilton Avenue for landscaping work.

On Saturday, August 13, 2016 temporary lane closures will be implemented along Hamilton Avenue between Harford Road and Hampnett Avenue from 7:00 a.m. to approximately 4:00 p.m.  A traffic flagging operation will be in effect during this time to direct alternating traffic through the work zone.
