Weekend Road Closures for Friday, July 14th through Sunday, June 16th, 2023

The Baltimore City Department of Transportation (BCDOT) would like to advise motorists of the temporary traffic modifications and road closures for the following activities this weekend. Traffic Modifications for Baltimore Orioles Home Games This Weekend
This weekend, temporary traffic modifications will be in effect for Baltimore Orioles home games at Oriole Park at Camden Yards.
In preparation for Friday's game, the following streets will be closed on Friday, July 14, 2023 starting at approximately 4:00 p.m.:
- Eutaw Street from Pratt to Camden Streets
- Camden Street from Howard to Russell Streets
- Hamburg Street from Russell to Leadenhall Streets
In addition, the following parking restrictions will be implemented on Friday, July 14, 2023 beginning at 4:00 p.m.:
- East side of Eutaw Street from Pratt to Lombard Streets
- North side of Conway Street from Charles to Sharp Streets
- East side of Greene Street, from Lombard Street to Washington Boulevard
- North side of Pratt Street, from Greene Street to Paca Street
The road closures and parking restrictions listed above will also be implemented on Saturday, July 15th starting at approximately 4:00 p.m. and Sunday, July 16th starting at approximately 10:30 a.m.
Transportation Enforcement Officers will be stationed at key intersections to assist with the movement of traffic in the downtown area. Motorists traveling in the vicinity of the stadium should be on the watch for pedestrians, especially when approaching designated crosswalks.
Traffic Modifications for Crane Operations and Cleaning Activities
The following lane and road closures will be implemented on Saturday, July 15, 2023:
- Westbound Franklin/Mulberry/Route 40 Expressway will be closed 6:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. (tree trimming)
- North and southbound MD 295 right lane closures from Hamburg Street to the city/county line 6:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. (cleaning activities)
- Lawrence Street will be closed between Fort Avenue and Key Highway 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. (crane operation)
- Charles Street will be closed between Lexington and Saratoga Streets 6:30 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. (crane operation)
The following lane closures will be implemented on Sunday, July 16, 2023:
- North and southbound Jones Falls Expressway left lane closures from Fayette Street to the city/county line 6:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. (inlet cleaning)
Motorists traveling in these vicinities should be on the watch for changing traffic patterns and are encouraged to use alternate routes.
Lane Closures for CFG Bank Arena Event
This Saturday, temporary lane closures will be implemented in the vicinity of the CFG Bank Arena.
The following lane closures will be implemented from approximately 8:30 p.m. on Saturday, July 15, 2023 to 1:30 a.m. on Sunday, July 16, 2023:
- Right lane closure on W. Lombard Street from Hopkins Place to Howard Street
- Left lane closure on W. Pratt Street from Eutaw to Howard Streets
- Left lane closure on Howard Street from Camden to W. Pratt Streets
Motorists traveling in this vicinity should be on the watch for pedestrians, especially when approaching designated crosswalks.
Traffic Modifications for the Baltimore Farmers' Market & Bazaar
This Sunday, traffic modifications will be in effect for the Baltimore Farmers' Market & Bazaar, which is held under the Jones Falls Expressway along Saratoga Street between Holliday and Gay Streets.
On Sunday, July 16, 2023 the following street and lane closures will be implemented from approximately 6:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. with detours in effect:
- Holliday Street closed from Pleasant Street to Saratoga Street
- Pleasant Street closed at Holliday Street
- Hillen Street center lane closure at Fallsway
