The Baltimore City Department of Transportation would like to advise motorists that temporary lane closures will be implemented along a portion of Calvert Street for roadway saw cutting in preparation for water main replacement work. 

Starting on or about Wednesday, December 13, 2023, single lane closures will be implemented along Calvert Street between Saratoga and Pleasant Streets in the vicinity of Mercy Hospital from approximately 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.  These lane closures are expected to be implemented daily through Friday, December 15, 2023 during these times. 

Motorists traveling in this vicinity should be on the watch for changing traffic patterns and are encouraged to use alternate routes to avoid delays.  Motorists are also encouraged to download the Waze.com app for live detour navigation.
