Westbound Druid Park Lake Drive Lane Closures to Start Monday, February 26th

The Baltimore City Department of Transportation would like to advise motorists that temporary lane closures will soon be implemented along a portion of westbound Druid Park Lake Drive for approximately a week, as concrete and asphalt road work is performed by contractors for the Baltimore City Department of Public Works’ Druid Lake Finished Water Tanks Project.

Starting at approximately 7:00 a.m. on Monday, February 26, 2024, the right lane of westbound Druid Park Lake Drive will be closed to through traffic between Linden and Brookfield Avenues.  The lane closure will switch to the left side of westbound Druid Park Lake Drive on or about February 29, 2024.  One lane of through traffic will remain open during construction, and road work is expected to be complete on March 8, 2024, weather permitting.

Various signs have been placed in the area to alert motorists of the upcoming lane closures which may cause delays.  Motorists traveling in this vicinity should be on the watch for changing traffic patterns and are encouraged to use alternate routes.  Drivers can also download the Waze.com app for live detour navigation.
