Temporary commercialvehicle restrictions will be in effect from 12:00 noon on December 31, 2017 until 4:00 a.m. on January 1, 2018. During this time, commercial vehicles will not be permitted in the downtown / Inner Harbor areas of the city, except for local deliveries.
